Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, proactive and dynamic Area Manager (Audiologist) to oversee clinical training, operational excellence, and business growth for our designated area.
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in audiology coupled with strong leadership and management skills.
This role will be critical in ensuring high standards of service and support in line with our commitment to accessible, top-quality hearing solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee clinical training and professional development of audiology staff within the area.
• Drive growth and ensure operational efficiency across the designated region.
• Lead the area through IQIPS (Improving Quality in Physiological Services) accreditation, ensuring compliance with high standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations to maintain service excellence across clinics and ensure seamless patient care.
Driving sales and upselling skills also key for this role.
Qualifications and Skills Required: • Proven experience as an audiologist, with advanced knowledge of audiological practices and patient care.
Recognised Degree in Audiology with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of effectively overseeing multiple sites or teams.
• Familiarity with IQIPS standards or similar accreditation processes is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- Salary Package: £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience.
£15,000 bonus.
