As a Regional Account Manager you'll be responsible for: Full account management , from site to officeWorking in partnership with Branch Operations teams to achieve operational excellence, maximise sales, minimise costs, and provide outstanding customer service.
Developing plans to drive activity and sales in the short- and long term whilst operating in a manner that is consistent with the wider objectives of the Sales function and the values of WUK.
Building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley to develop a wide network of contacts and to ensure business development opportunities are identified and converted.
Demonstrating strong values-based behaviour, and instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety in all dealings with customers and branch colleagues.And here's what we'd like you to have...Strong sales / business development experienceSelf driven & motivated to achieve sales targetsExcellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers / clientsExperience in the plumbing and heating industry or a merchant role is beneficial, though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.We look forward to receiving your application!#ACHS100
