As the Regeneration & Growth Manager , you will be instrumental in developing and implementing this strategy, engaging with strategic partners and stakeholders to ensure impactful, lasting transformation across the city.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager – Property & Growth, you will oversee the Council's regeneration projects, from research and planning to execution.
Your role will involve liaising with business leaders, government bodies, and key stakeholders, providing expert direction, and developing collaborative relationships that support Chichester's strategic regeneration priorities.
You will be the driving force behind the delivery of our regeneration strategy, helping to create a city that is greener, safer, and more inclusive.
About You We are looking for a strategic and dynamic individual with significant experience in urban regeneration, project management, or a related field, ideally within a local government setting.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in leading regeneration projects, building high-performance cultures, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire, negotiate, and advocate for Chichester's future.
Experience in policy development, budget management, and navigating complex political landscapes is also highly valued.
A background in strategic planning and performance management, with a commitment to sustainable urban growth, is key for this role.
