About Tong Leadership Academy Tong Leadership Academy is a state-of-the-art secondary school for 11 to 18 year olds in Bradford.
We joined Star Academies in 2016 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.

Your experience of pastoral care will place our learners' welfare at the heart of the school.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills.
You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.
You will have: Level 3 qualification (NVQ Level 3 or A Level).
Proven track record of securing a successful and positive culture.
Experience of leading behaviour.
The ability to embrace, adopt and put in to practice the Trust's approach to behaviour management.
The ability to develop, maintain and nurture positive professional relationships and work effectively with staff of varying experience.
