Job Description As a Redemptions Executive you will deliver high levels of service so that customer's needs are met.
You will record and process all redemption requests ensuring that the calculations are provided within service level agreements. As a Redemptions Executive you will be: Responsible for identifying and reporting any incidents of breaches of operational processes and policies Accurately calculating and processing redemption requests in order to deliver on agreed service level agreements Effectively validating and confirming financial transactions for applications on to customer ledgers Responsible for updating and amending customer account ledgers Presenting a professional image of the company to deliver positive customer experience throughout the customer journey Constantly striving to improve the customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices and recommending change where appropriate Qualifications Essential: Strong Numerical skills Strong Excel skills Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Additional Information If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
