We provide our clients with a logistics supermarket of temporary and permanent recruitment services, haulage services and warehousing services.
For this vacancy, you will be working within our Recruitment Business selling our temporary and permanent recruitment services to clients in the South and Southeast of England.
You will be based at our Head Office in Purfleet.
About the Role: The primary objective is to perform daily sales activity to grow the branch client base.
Identify new leads and new opportunities and pursue them through to conversion.
Use multiple methods of sales: cold calling, canvassing, email, LinkedIn networking.
Work with achievable conversion targets that are reviewed weekly.
Converted sales will be serviced by an Operations Team.
This role is a sales role.
Uncapped branch commission.
About You: You must have previous experience within the recruitment industry.
You must have an ability to sell effectively.
You must live on the Essex side of the Thames River for commuting purposes.
You must own a car and hold a valid UK driving licence.
Will be comfortable working alongside a dedicated and experienced office dog!

Work with the Senior Leadership to open new branches and train new staff.
Work across the UK in new Manchester and Glasgow branches.
Achieve National Sales Manager level.
Work across departments, with our Operations Team that service accounts.
Salary: £30,000.00 paid two-weekly.
Commission OTE: £50,000.00+ Office Hours: 8am to 5pm.
Annual Leave: 28 days.
