About you: You will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
You will have previous experience as a Resourcer, bring excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent and the ability to work collaboratively with the recruitment team and wider People team to ensure SpaMedica continues to attract top-tier talent.
Working with and supporting the Recruitment Specialists with sourcing, shortlisting, screening and selecting suitable candidates across a range of roles across our hospitals and head office support functions.
