We have a client base built over the past 12 years boasting some of the most well-known names in the market and 40 years’ experience recruiting in the sector among the team.
Due to growth we are looking for an admin savvy superstar to help support the sales and client services team with day to day tasks.
We need someone with a keen eye for detail who is a natural completer finisher and confident on the phone, as your day to day responsibilities will be an integral part of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Adding new companies onto our CRM and mapping out key decision makersAdding and attributing new candidatesSourcing and vetting new candidates from job boardsPost vacanciesCreate canvas for LinkedIn job postsWriting job advertsPreparing and sending out email marketing campaignsKeeping our CRM up to dateSourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedInNew starter check-in calls.The Person: At least 2 years’ experience within an administrative / tele sales / call centre background, and ideally customer service experienceExperience using a database / CRMGood written and verbal EnglishComputer literateAccess to your own transport, essential (due to the location, there are no train stations nearby).Training will be provided on areas you are not familiar with, and we do not expect candidates to know every aspect of the responsibilities above.
Salary &; Benefits. This is a full time position, offering a generous salary of £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
This is a hybrid role, working hours are Monday (9:30am – 5:00pm, WFH), Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (8:45am – 5:00pm, Office) and Friday (8:45am – 3:00pm, WFH).
