You will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions.
Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for various job roles.
Utilise various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Screen and shortlist candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific job roles.
Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge to effectively advise clients and candidates on recruitment strategies and opportunities.
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
