Active business development, bringing in new clients through networking events, regular client meetings, proactive cold-calling and penetration of current clients.
finding new & better ways to do recruitment, seeking opportunities beyond what we're already doing.
Managing accounts with strategic thinking and a culture of trust.

Have at least 36-months Technology recruitment experience
Experience growing and maintaining a runner book of 15+ contractors.
Someone who knows the Full Stack Engineering market inside out
Proven success within their niche and wants the opportunity for career growth whilst living a more flexible lifestyle
