As an apprentice, your duties will include: Source candidates through various channels Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone / Teams / F2F Make outbound sales phone calls Maintain relationships with clients and customers Assist in matching candidates to positions Manage candidate database and records Coordinate interview schedules Support administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality and professionalism Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (30 min lunch break)
