As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Operations Lead to join our growing team.
Role Overview: Reporting into the COO, as the Recruitment Operations Lead you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operational processes within the Recruitment function for the clients within the portfolio as well as for the Fourteen Group.
Working closely with multiple departments within Fourteen, you will collaborate with our portfolio clients and Founders to deliver exceptional operational support within a range of recruitment functions, taking ownership of end to end projects under the guidance and support of the COO.
