Fixed term contract starting ASAP and running until 31st August 2025
Full time; 40 hours per week
Based in: Covent Garden, London
£32,000 per annum The Royal Ballet and Opera continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. Our Covent Garden theatre has been at the heart of London and British cultural life for three centuries. We are home to two world-class Companies: The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera.

We are now seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our small but dynamic Recruitment team, who are embedded in the wider HR department. This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the inner workings of the RBO and support us to ensure we attract and retain the best talent in our workforce.

If you like the challenge of working across a varied portfolio, moving from large scale campaigns such as assessment centres for Front of House Ushers to supporting with unsighted Chorus auditions, from sitting on interview panels for lighting, costume and stage to admin functions such as IT, Finance and Operations then this is the role for you.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about people and opening access to opportunities with the RBO, acting as an advocate for careers. You will be a positive and committed team player, with the ability to work autonomously and take direction as required.

Our ideal candidate will have:
