About The Role
Please note that this role requires the successful candidate to work 22.5 hours per week on a temporary basis to January 2026 with a salary of £20,714. East Kent Colleges Group has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our team.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will join our busy team, providing an exceptional recruitment service to potential learners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for meeting recruitment targets for Apprenticeships and other work-based training. Maintaining and developing business relationships, you will support employers with advice and guidance on funding and training opportunities.
Travel will be required across our college sites and to external stakeholders.

We are seeking to appoint an innovative and customer-focused individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results for their customers to our team. You for our Recruitment Officer role will ensure sales targets are achieved by providing an excellent professional service identifying and meeting the recruitment and training needs of each individual employer and ensuring repeat business.
You will have a working knowledge of the range and content of apprenticeship standards and experience of establishing, organising and maintaining recruitment campaigns for SMEs to Corporate Employers.
