Recruitment Manager - Software Engineering

Now wrapping up their third year, they are supporting over 250+ interims and generating over £500k per month in interim revenue—exceeding £6M annually!
They've built a powerhouse team of nearly 50 people, and some of their top billers are bringing in up to £700k!
It's pretty rare to see growth this fast and this impactful.
Now, they're looking to bring in more talented people to keep the momentum going.
They are currently seeking two Managers / Associate Directors to lead separate interim software development teams, with headcounts of 6 and 8 respectively.
These roles focus on client origination and team growth, rather than individual billing, with a strong emphasis on doubling team size.
