About the role Reporting to the Team Leader, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and administration support within the Hays onside recruitment team.
This is an integral role within the team, with exposure to senior stakeholders with your dedicated client.
What can I expect day to day?
Being responsible for data integrity and provision of regular management information to partners Working alongside existing Recruitment Partners with interview scheduling and diary management Attending recruitment events Screening of CV's and contracts generation Being the point of contact for internal hiring managers, third party suppliers and Recruitment Consultants Here at Hays, you really can influence your own earning potential, by getting out what you put in.

What you'll need to succeed: Having excellent organizational skills will allow you to exceed and really thrive in your new role, along with the ability to stay motivated by streamlined processes to constantly improve efficiency.
Being able to leverage communication and interpersonal skills to partner successfully with stakeholders on all levels.
You may have the following experience or skills: It is desirable that you have managed or coordinated offices, events, or teams previously, however not essential To be analytically minded, with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel Knowledge.
