Location: Hemel Hempstead / Hybrid Salary: 27-32k dependent on skills/experience Job Type: Full-time (although the potential for part-time hours for the right candidate).

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team on a temporary basis to help us attract, retain, and develop top talent.
This temporary role has been designed to help us move forward during a critical time of growth and development within the HR team.
The Role: As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be key in supporting our talent acquisition processes and driving continuous improvement in recruitment efforts.
You will manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), create and update job advert templates, and play a role in promoting our employer brand.
You'll also work closely with the HR team to help us achieve our diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) goals, ensuring our recruitment process is fair, transparent, and aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities: Job Advert Creation: Develop and optimise inclusive job advert templates for internal and external roles, collaborating with hiring managers to capture role-specific requirements.
ATS Management: Identify improvements in how we use our ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all stages of the recruitment process.
Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating (and conducting some) interviews and onboarding.
Website & Employer Brand: Work with HR and our marketing coordinator to enhance the careers section of our website and promote BPA as an employer of choice.
Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives that drive equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all recruitment practices encourage a wide range of applicants.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics), using data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, with hands-on experience managing an ATS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion with an understanding of inclusive recruitment practices.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
