Position: Recruitment Consultant Accountancy ,HR, Commercial, Office-Based Recruitment (Warm Desks) Location: Hybrid working, Leicestershire (offices away from city centre with excellent amenities) Sector: HR, Accountancy ,Commercial, Office-Based Recruitment Reports to: Hands on CEO Company : A dynamic search and recruitment agency with deep expertise in the HR, Accountancy ,commercial, and office-based sectors.
With a strong presence in the East Midlands, particularly in Leicestershire, they pride themselves on the owner-managed approach, fostering warm relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Role : As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take over an established "warm desk," managing existing client relationships built by the CEO.
Your primary focus will be on leveraging these relationships to provide exceptional recruitment services, while also exploring new business opportunities.
You will be supported by a fantastic team and robust IT infrastructure, allowing you to excel in your role.
