The Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant -Temporary/Contract Specialist (Public Sector) We'relooking for a passionate and proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant tojoin our public sector team. In this role, you'll manage the entirerecruitment cycle, sourcing, engaging, and placing talentedprofessionals in civil engineering design roles. As the key linkbetween candidates and clients, you'll be instrumental indelivering impactful solutions and creating value across both sides ofthe recruitment process.

Your Key Responsibilities: Candidate Engagement: Source, attract,and screen candidates using various channels, ensuring a strongpipeline of talent for civil engineering design roles. Relationship Building: Develop and nurturerelationships with clients to understand their needs, and providestaffing solutions that meet their project requirements. Job Marketing: Craft compelling job ads andmarket roles effectively to attract top candidates. Candidate Management: Guide candidatesthrough every step, from interviews and onboarding to contractnegotiations, ensuring a seamless experience. Business Development: Identify new clients,attend industry events, and build our network within civil engineeringdesign to expand business opportunities. MarketInsight: Stay informed on industry trends and market changesto provide strategic advice to clients on best practices, rates, andworkforce developments. Process Enhancement: Contribute to continuous improvement, refining ourrecruitment processes and enhancing service delivery for candidatesand clients. What You Bring: A degree is preferred (but not essential), alongwith a strong passion for professional and personal development Solid understanding of temporary/contract recruitment andsourcing strategies. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build lasting connections. Negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisionseffectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability tomanage multiple priorities. Attention to detail, ensuringprecise candidate assessments and placements. Proficiencywith recruitment management tools and software. A highstandard of professionalism and ethical integrity.
