Recruitment Consultant Didcot, Oxfordshire £27,000-£30,000 Monday to Friday / 07:30-17:00 Permanent Pertemps Didcot are seeking a highly motivated recruitment consultant to join their growing team.
As a recruitment consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates into work with our clients.
Your enthusiasm and learning mindset will put you in the best position to understand the local job market, and support you build relationships with prospective clients to grow the Pertemps presence in Oxfordshire.
You will join a well-established staffing solutions provider within Oxfordshire, delivering an exceptional service to businesses who need experienced industrial, commercial and driving candidates.

The day to day Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the Pertemps client base.
Source candidate from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct in-depth candidate phone screening and interviews to assess the candidates' skills, experience and personality fit.
Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Manage your own pool of workers and cover customer requirements as and when they arise.
Skills and Experience needed A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with +2 years' experience in a recruitment consultant position.
In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with clients, candidates, and the wider Pertemps teams.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
