Are you driven, determined and motivated to succeed?As part of our growth strategy, we are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant in our Southampton office.Benefits:The most effective training and coaching programme in the industry – CPD certifiedFantastic career and promotion opportunitiesUncapped commission with no thresholdThe opportunity to increase your basic salary by hitting key milestonesCompany run functions that celebrate success?23 days annual leave, plus an extra life admin day and birthday day off!Reduced working hours in school holidaysChampagne FridaysRegular fundraising events for charityThe chance to work in a supportive, friendly and fun environment focused on your successThe role of a Recruitment Consultant:Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunitiesWorking with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacanciesAttending client meetings/school visitsShortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering themFilling short term, long term and permanent vacancies within an agreed time scaleBuilding a pipeline of candidates such as Teachers and Teaching Assistants to ensure you can react quickly to your client's needsMaintaining regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationshipsKeeping up-to-date with news and changes to legislation in the education industryReviewing your performance to continually improveThis is by no means a complete list; you need to be adaptable in recruitment as your day plan can change at the drop of a hat.
The industry is exciting, fast-paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, enthusiasm and energy.Key skills required:Experience of working towards KPI's and targets, sales, relationship buildingDrive, determination and motivationWorking towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organisational and time management skillsConfident, positive and resilient personalityStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapportAbility to build relationshipsExperience of working in recruitment is desire but not essential as full training is providedWorking Hours:Office basedTerm time- 07:30am- 4:30 - 5:30pmReduced hours in school holidays approx.
