Holidays : Enjoy 28 days of holiday per year Career Development : Opportunities to grow within the company and progress your career Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and placing top talent for engineering roles across the Sussex region Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Managing the full recruitment process, from job brief to successful placement Using our state-of-the-art CRM system (JobAdder) to manage client and candidate interactions About You: A minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering or technical sectors Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Driven to achieve and exceed placement targets Why Join Us?
