We're a specialist headhunting business, having spent nearly two decades hiring engineering and manufacturing professionals across the advanced and additive manufacturing industries.
In this role, you will: Search, select, and reach out to potential candidates for job positions.
Assess them based on their skills and intent, via telephone.
Shortlist candidates, and present their CVs to clients.
Gain feedback and share this with candidates.
Facilitate interviews.
Prepare candidates for the interview and give feedback once done.
Support them through the recruitment process, and through to the offer stage.
Help candidates with their employment offers, seeking to align candidate and client expectations.
Conduct business development activities, by generating leads, calling prospective clients, and understanding their requirements.
Job management and account management.
Market mapping and growing your pipeline of work.
Working to weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
Necessary Qualifications: Ideally, degree qualified (in any subject) Sales or Business Development experience is advantageous.
Demonstrable experience working with KPIs in a target-driven role.
Person Profile: We're looking for someone who is motivated to succeed, highly driven, sociable, and able to build relationships.
You should be able to work well in a team, offering support to others and be approachable to your peers.
Customer service is key, ensuring frequent communication.
You will need to be well-organized, and able to prioritize ever-changing workloads.
Resilience in this role is key, so it is important to be able to problem-solve effectively.
