Recruitment Consultant

McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are specialists in introducing experienced Recruitment Consultants to Life Science recruitment agencies in London and throughout the UK.
We work as a partner supporting all agencies hiring in all disciplines within the sector.

You will be considered if
• You have a minimum of two years experience working in Life Science recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant
• You have experience winning new business with new clients
• You have a proven record of billing well booking in either contract and/or perm (TTP)
• You actively source and qualify candidates
• You manage the client's needs and expectations
• You maintain strong relationships in the market
• You've built a solid network
