Moriati Media, established for over 25 years as a leading Media/Digital recruitment consultancy, is based in Covent Garden.
The new way of working ensures that this role can be based from home permanently for the right person.

Due to the company's expansion, we are searching for a Recruitment Consultant who's looking to move into the world of media recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in media recruitment, though we would consider candidates from other recruitment industries.
Knowledge of the digital space is beneficial.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you would work alongside our dedicated team of recruiters on existing accounts.
There are consultant roles on the Sales, SEO/PPC/Planning/Buying, Developer, and Ad-Ops desks.
This is a great opportunity to work across the digital landscape alongside the MD.
Our training and mentoring program is extensive, practical, and tailored to individual strengths and weaknesses.
We offer fast-track progression opportunities for exceptional candidates.
The successful candidate could be managing a team within 6 months if they show themselves to be exceptional.

Key Responsibilities: Account managing key clients. Pitching to new and existing clients while maintaining a strong sense of customer awareness. Helping mentor a resourcer. Identifying potential sales leads. Screening potential candidates/clients. Placing candidates into permanent/temp roles within our Digital/Media clients. Desired Skills and Experience: Qualities we are looking for:

Consultative sales skills. Recruitment experience within digital media. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure. A passion for recruitment and the media industry. Attention to detail. Target-driven. Excellent time management. A strong work ethic and a good team player. A good sense of humour.
