The Role: Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates, and advertising teams.
Business Development and Account Management.
Search and select candidates/Head Hunting.
Network and advertise to potential candidates.
Identify skill sets and match them to vacancies.
Contract negotiations and database management.
Dealing with general queries.
About You: Sales or customer service experience; a background in recruitment or resourcing would be a huge bonus!
A positive attitude and motivation to grow with us.
The ability to prioritize your day and work at a fast pace.
We have some excellent technology to support you, so it is important to have good IT skills.
