We pride ourselves on long-standing relationships with a variety of recognized clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a new member to join our dynamic team. We are considering both experienced recruiters as well as individuals who can learn and grow into the role.
The Role:Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates, and advertising teams.Business Development and Account Management.Search and select candidates/Head Hunting.Network and advertise to potential candidates.Identify skill sets and match them to vacancies.Contract negotiations and database management.Dealing with general queries.About You:Sales or customer service experience; a background in recruitment or resourcing would be a huge bonus!A positive attitude and motivation to grow with us.The ability to prioritize your day and work at a fast pace.We have some excellent technology to support you, so it is important to have good IT skills.What to Expect:Competitive basic salary which increases based on targeted earnings!Straightforward & uncapped commission on everything you bill!Flexible working in a buzzing, results-focused environment!Full support in your progression and success!
