Recruitment Consultant

Frontline Recruitment is looking for EXPERIENCED Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Derbyshire. Our ideal candidates will have strong work ethics, a professional approach, and the ability to multi-task in an ever-evolving industry.

Frontline is flexible to some hybrid working as it will be your desk to manage, so a mixture of time between the office, client visits, and home is important to us that the job fits around you and your work-life balance.

Responsibilities: Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates. Gaining client and candidate attraction. Business development meetings. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business. Communicate with candidates regularly face to face, via phone, or email. Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred. Previous experience in sales, business development.
