What can I expect day to day?
Recruitment delivery of mid-to-senior level staff within the Data & BI sector across Scotland and the wider UK; Posting job adverts Headhunting potential candidates Qualifying mid-to-senior candidates to identify their fit for a role and putting them forward to meet with your clients Learn and apply recruitment best practices, utilising cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies to achieve targets.
Managing the interview feedback process Candidate meetings Negotiating and closing offers Talent mapping Lead generation to help identify future business opportunities What we look for?
Confident, articulate and willing to meet candidates and clients on the phone and in person.
Ability to work well in a team towards shared targets.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Financially & career motivated.
What Provn will offer you in return?
Starting salary of around £25k (Up to £27,000 if you have prior recruitment experience), rising with each promotion Transparent commission , paid monthly Currently trialing a 9 Day Fortnight , meaning you get every other Friday off !
