Recruitment Consultant Peterborough As we are now into our 11th year we're looking for consultants to join the team with any level of experience, you could be an experienced consultant looking for a new sector or someone who is specifically aiming to get into a true sales role.
You will be focusing on food & FMCG industries.

Role: Source top-tier candidates across an un-decided discipline within the the FMCG industry, will be anything from engineering, operations, supply chain/logistics, HR/commercial or technical.
Generate and chase leads while keeping a pool of warm candidates you can continually dive into to ensure our clients are kept in the loop with the required talent.
Requirements: Proven sales/targeted experience (2-3 years) Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Able to work on a proactive basis Genuine enthusiasm for the food/FMCG sectors (this can obviously be trained) Why Join Us?
