Recruitment Consultant

Jark Cambridge have a permanent vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Babraham, Cambridge.

As a specialist construction recruiter, your role would be to run an established temporary desk providing labour and trades staff to small, medium and large building contractors throughout East Anglia.

You will be responsible for:
Business development and winning new work. Managing existing ongoing client accounts. Filling live vacancies as they come in. Ensuring all workers are compliant before being supplied to site. Ensuring all workers are paid on time on a weekly basis. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar type of role; however, we will also consider applications from candidates with a sales background.

Our hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We pay a competitive basic salary along with uncapped commission based on your performance.
