TeacherActive are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bristol.
This role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, therefore right to work in the UK is a requirement.
Working hours: Term time: 7:30 – 4:30/5:30 School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant: Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and expos Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRM Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidates Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationships Collaborate with Resourcers and compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work Maintain up to date industry knowledge Reviewing your performance to continually improve You need to be adaptable in recruitment as no two days are the same.
