Executive Network Group are seeking a senior consultant to join our Procurement People brand to assist with our US expansion.As a Procurement Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion into the US market, focusing on either Energy & Utilities or Manufacturing – a monumental commercial opportunity.
This 360-recruitment role offers an opportunity to have a significant impact on our brand following our recent merger with WeMention.
You'll be working on mid to senior-level assignments alongside the brand Associate Director, requiring a proactive approach and exceptional relationship-building skills.Your primary focus will be identifying and building a robust client portfolio.
You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
As a key team member, you'll also have the chance to attend and help host our client events, further strengthening our industry presence.We're looking for a self-motivated individual, ideally from a professional recruitment background with exposure to permanent assignments.
You should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Experience in the procurement sector is preferred but not essential, as we value drive and potential.
Due to this being a US focused desk, the working hours will reflect this with a later start and finish time.Why Join Us?
