Recruitment Consultant

I am supporting an established boutique executive search business to recruit a proactive and ambitious Recruitment Consultant in the UK, with previous experience in Executive Search to support Heads of Practice and Senior Delivery consultants; providing top-tier recruitment solutions and delivering exceptional Executive Search services in Education and Life Sciences to their clients.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in full-cycle recruitment, from Candidate sourcing, client meetings through to candidate onboarding.
Conduct thorough research and candidate assessments to develop target lists and source high-quality candidates.
Participate in end-end recruitment process including identifying, attracting, screening and shortlisting candidates to fulfil the client brief.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain our internal CRM system.
Support business development activities, including pitch preparation and client engagement.
Lead the interview process, ensuring effective preparation and feedback for candidates.
Maintain project timelines and updated assignment trackers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years in an Executive Search environment is essential Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, headhunting and engagement methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
Passionate about delivering quality service to all stakeholders, clients and candidates.
