You'll receive comprehensive training and guidance from experienced recruiters and have the chance to grow within a reputable company.
Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
Work alongside experienced consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases.
Participate in recruitment events and candidate outreach initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Learn about recruitment strategies and best practices to develop your skills.
Requirements Already established in a similar recruitment role or sector within an agency setting.
1-2 years of experience, minimum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
Resilience and a positive attitude towards challenges.
