We're Troi Search.

We're the Tech recruitment agency, part of the wider Troi Group who have a near decade long history of embedded/RPO recruitment across UK, Europe and the US.

Troi Search specialise in tech recruitment, in a traditional agency model, across core verticals in the UK, Ireland & Europe and are the newest entity of the Troi Group.

We're proud of what we've done since our formation in 2023; placing Engineers, Product Managers, Security, Data, Design and Business Applications candidates into FinTech, EdTech, Quick Commerce, Defence, HealthTech & Consumer Electronics clients.
As we move into 2025 we are looking to significantly build out the Troi Search business based out of our Belfast office, serving a fantastic client base ranging from blue-chip corporations to VC-backed scale-ups.
