We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying client needs to placing successful candidates.
You will work closely with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Advertising: Create compelling job adverts to attract top talent and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and clients, ensuring accurate and timely records.
Negotiation: Negotiate job offers and employment terms between clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, client engagements, and market insights.
Key Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role, with a successful track record of placements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Technology: Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
Motivation: Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
Ethics: High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.
