Job description: We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team here in Exeter, Devon.You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within hospitality and catering.
This is a fast-paced role with a desk that is hot and is backed by a well-known brand in its area of recruitment.We require an enthusiastic and target driven individual who is ready to join our experienced team on a warm desk and help support our business expansion in our 22nd year of trading.As a Recruitment Consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates).
Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results.
You will be speaking to clients and candidates daily, matching CVs and people to jobs.
You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.OTE earnings in the first year will be in the region of £50,000 or higher depending on results, and the second year you should be able to push over £60,000.
Commission is not capped and commission payments over £2k per month are not unusual on top of the basic.We understand that to maintain a quality of service to our customers we need to have the right consultants in place so that's why we need to advertise to see who might be considering a move.We are looking for a confident and professional sales person with a passion to achieve.
