The role: Due to the continued expansion of our Aviation division, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to join the team in Whiteley ready for a busy 2025.
The Aviation division works with some of the most well know airlines and engineering businesses in the UK.
With an order book bursting at the seams, we are looking for someone who wants to hit the ground running and join an established team.
This position will involve the full recruitment life-cycle covering both Temporary and permanent recruitment from sourcing for experience candidates, setting up interviews, on site client meetings, account management and providing continued support.
We are based in our brand-new office in Whiteley Business Park, initially this role would be full time in the office 5 days a week but will progress into a hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days from home role.
Experience Required: We are open to the industry background candidates may come from, what we are looking for is someone who knows recruitment and has previous experience sourcing candidates using linked-in, job boards and internal CRM systems.
Previous experience in account management or client interactions is highly advantageous as well.
