Vacancy – Recruitment Business Partner, Bangor Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days at home) The Job - To own the interview and selection process for all job applicants for operational roles in their business area, ensuring the best possible impression of Teleperformance as an employer of choice can be experienced.The role takes on a comprehensive business partnering approach to ensure success by actively collaborating with stakeholders and team members from all critical departments, including Operational Delivery, HR, Training, Workforce Management, and others.
It is a vital component of the role to ensure a complete understanding of the local business and client needs.In this role, you will take proactive steps to obtain the correct sources of information and translate this into effective recruitment practices.Perform comprehensive targeted research to identify qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and other research personnelResearch, assemble and analyse data to effectively make recommendations regarding recruiting effortsScreens and interviews candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the requirements of open positionsEnsure qualifications are met and schedule interviews for hiring managers and executivesOversees all pre-employment requirements (Background investigations, reference checks, drug testing, credit checks, fingerprinting, etc.)
to ensure compliance and proper applicant status progression for record maintenanceCollaborates with Leaders and Human Resources on Recruiting specific issues related to new hire requirements, compensation, EEOC, etc.Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external Recruiting resourcesCreate a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining a professional and accurate representation of Teleperformance to all candidatesReview onboarding completion to ensure new hew hire paperwork is complete and accurate before progressing candidate through the life cycleEffectively communicate expectations to candidatesCommunicate employment offers and orientation requirements to candidatesAccurately maintain recruiting data by timely dis-positioning and reportingResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingAssist with other duties as assignedThrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environmentWhat Will You Need to Succeed?Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, business management, labour relations, or related fields.Proven experience working in the recruiting industry.1-2 years of recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably in the BPO marketExperience recruiting for executive and professional positionsExperience with salary negotiationsEfficient time managementSufficient depth of knowledge in UK employment law is strongly preferredAbility to influence across a matrix of business constituentsExcellent customer service skills and building rapport with employees, management, and vendorsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be a quick learner and quick problem solverMust have proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to express innovative thoughts/ideas about recruiting and overall employee experienceATS Experience - preferably ICIMS experienceExcellent attendance history is requiredProficient use of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and othersLanguage skills – (detail if languages are required for the relevant business area/client)Comprehensive knowledge/experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, such as JobTrain, Taleo, SAP, etc.
Salary: Up to 30K
