We're lookingfor a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to join our team and play a key role insupporting our recruitment efforts.
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will: Coordinate theFull Recruitment Cycle: From advertising job vacancies and screening applicationsto scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Partner withHiring Managers: Work closely with departmentleaders to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Talent Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and presentqualified candidates to hiring managers.
CandidateExperience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience byproviding timely feedback, clear communication, and support throughout thehiring process.
Local RecruitmentCampaigns: Assist in organising and managing recruitmentcampaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent locallyand regionally.
Support NewStarters: Help facilitate the onboarding process, includingscheduling inductions, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed andsupported from day one.
RecruitmentAdministration: Maintain accurate records,support the People Administrator with administrative tasks, and ensure allrecruitment documentation is organised and up to date.

Experience and Qualifications  You may already be an In-house Recruitment Coordinatoror have experience as a Recruitment Administrator whichis great!
All we are looking for is… - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience of high-volume recruitment inhospitality or retail - A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approachwith the ability to take ownership of a task or project and see through tocompletion - The ability to complete work with accuracy withattention to detail.
