We're looking for a Talent / Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team.
This role would suit someone who is looking to transition from agency recruitment into internal recruitment, or someone who has some experience within internal recruitment and keen to take on more responsibility.
Key responsibilities: Create candidate recruitment packs and ensure these are shared with candidates and our external recruitment partners Manage the LinkedIn Recruiter account – posting new roles, responding to applications and proactively messaging candidates in the talent pipeline Conduct initial candidate calls and arrange interviews Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and our recruitment partners to coordinate and attend interviews Prepare offer letters and liaise with the People Advisor to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees Support the Head of People and Culture with embedding the recruitment process across the Group Ensure talent metrics are kept updated and report on these monthly, quarterly and annually Act as an ambassador for AMS Group About AMS Group We have a clear vision: to be the best advisory-led professional services in the mid-market.

Currently at 210 employees and growing, we're looking for someone to support our organic growth across the divisions.
