Key Responsibilities: Registration: Efficiently manage the registration process for candidates, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and accurately recorded.
Answer Calls: Be the friendly voice of our organization, handling incoming calls and providing information and assistance to callers.
Update Database: Maintain and update our database with candidate information and job placements.
Check & authorise Right to Work Documents: Ensure compliance with legal requirements by meticulously verifying and managing right to work documents.
Screening & Interviewing: Screen candidates for vacant roles, invite them to appointments where you will undertake Face-to-face interviews Inductions: Deliver site inductions with candidates Assist with Administrative Tasks: Provide essential support to the team by taking on various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
