We're currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering a first-class candidate experience to one of our largest sites.

The Role As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll provide vital support to the recruitment team, helping to attract, engage, and manage candidates for our clients.
This is a varied role where your organisational and communication skills will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities Create and post engaging job adverts across job boards and social media platforms.
Send confirmation emails to candidates and clients.
Make calls to check in with candidates and support with schedule interviews.
Liaise with job centres, organise job fairs, and arrange meetings.
Manage and maintain the recruitment system, ensuring data accuracy.
Process PPE for new starters.
Handle a shared recruitment email inbox efficiently.
Provide general phone and administrative support to candidates and the team.

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
What We Offer: A competitive salary 34 days holiday (including bank holidays), plus additional leave for birthdays and work anniversaries.

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm on Fridays (37.5 hours per week).
Office-based role with occasional travel to meet client needs.
