Apprenticeship Overview: Alchemy is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator Apprentice.
This full-time, office-based apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment administration while completing a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will gain valuable skills and knowledge to progress within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the recruitment division.
Maintain and update the CRM/ATS system (Bullhorn) by accurately coding candidate skills and entering relevant information.
Format CVs and log send-outs on the CRM system.
Write job descriptions and enter new vacancies into Bullhorn.
Post job vacancies on various job platforms, including LinkedIn, Reed, and CV Library.
Screen candidates, coordinate applications, and arrange interviews.
Source candidates via online platforms and internal CRM to fill vacancies.
Review and process incoming applications from the website.
Assist in posting articles, sharing marketing content, and publishing job advertisements to enhance visibility.
Resource candidates for current job opportunities using our CRM and other online CV search sites Candidate Requirements: Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
IT proficient with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience using a CRM/ATS is desirable (but not essential) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills to liaise with candidates and team members.
Self-motivated and able to organise own workload.
Educated to at least GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths.
Apprenticeship Details: Qualifications: Complete a Level 2 Certificate and NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing.
Requirements: Achieve Level 1 English and Maths and take the test for Level 2 before the End-Point Assessment (EPA).
Upon completion, progress to a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Recruitment Consultancy or gain professional registration with the Institute of Recruitment Professionals or Institute of Recruiters.
