Assessments & Induction for new hires Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity on-site Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters Supporting site Account Manager with collation of data for review meetings Developing a strong working relationship at all levels This role may include covering multiple sites, a driving license and own transport is advantageous Essential Skills Must have strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel Be able to work in a high pressure environment.
Desirable Skills You'll be supporting our client's busy operation so experience of recruitment in warehouse and industrial sectors would be beneficial We would also consider applications from applicants with experience in Team Leader/Supervisory/Management roles within a warehouse environment.
