I am looking for an Engineering Manager who is an experienced engineer, curious, proactive and a Continuous Improvement Champion!
This highly successful food producer, which produces well known and popular brands, is a leading light in food technology and food manufacturing.
They are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager at the same time as installing a new state of the art automated production line as demand for their products soar.
The Engineering Manager will lead the shift engineering teams and drive site performance (OEE) through Continuous Improvement and delivery of a high quality maintenance programme.

Key aspects of the role: PPM delivery & performance Continuous Improvement OEE - Machine availability, uptime, line speed Engineering spend (£2m+ maintenance & facilities budget) Engineering headcount and team leadership and management control, attendance and performance management.
What were Looking For: HND or HNC certifications in an engineering discipline Ideally, a mechanical or electrical engineer Proven engineering management experience within the food industry or similar fast paced environment A strong track record of delivering continuous improvement and long-term performance enhancements.
