Endeavour Recruitment, a specialist IT Recruitment agency providing recruitment services to clients across Europe, is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate / Trainee Recruiter. The position is based in the village of Hamble, 10 minutes from Southampton by car, train, or bus. You will be dealing with some of the largest organisations in Europe.
Daily tasks include: Search and select candidates/ Head Hunting Network and advertise to potential candidates Identify skill sets and match them to vacancies Database management Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates, and advertising teams Dealing with general queries FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent researching skills Ability to gain people's confidence and put them at ease Persuasive, persistent, and patient Smart appearance Ability to cope with pressure Flexible and adaptable Mature personality Good organisational and administrative skills Ability to prioritise Good IT skills Ability to work to deadlines Target-driven with the ability to work in a competitive environment This role gives you the opportunity to work in the highly sought-after specialist IT recruitment industry. There will be full on-the-job training provided and career progression. No previous IT experience is required other than knowing how to use basic programs such as Word and Outlook.
