We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with one of Korn Ferry's Global Pharmaceutical clients.
Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management.The successful Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversityInvolved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful outputMaintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersDiscuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managersUtilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipelineActively source candidates and build candidate talent poolsBe a 'recruitment best practice' champion into the businessSupport and deliver on the overall service delivery targetsProvide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarksMaintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reportingThe Recruiter will have the following skills:Experience within the Recruitment / RPO field / AgencyExperience in hiring within the Pharmaceutical/ Life Sciences industryAmbassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practicesIT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.
)Experience interpreting data and reportingPromote process excellenceStrives for process innovation and high-performance workingShown team working capabilityExcellent stakeholder and networking skillsAbility to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projectsFluency in both oral and written English
