Your expertise in using data to make informed decisions will be essential in attracting top talent to our organisation.
We're also on a journey to empower our hiring managers to become more self-sufficient so your skills in coaching others will be very useful indeed.What will you be doing?Influencing hiring managers to recruit the best talent through robust vacancy briefing meetings, screening applications via interviews and assessments, providing hiring managers with high quality shortlists and driving hiring managers to be self-sufficient in the recruitment of talentManagement of Applicant Tracking System in line with GDPR and confidentiality best practice, ensuring Recruitee is updated and optimised accordinglySupport the up-skilling of our Hiring Manager population and the wider HR Team with Recruitment/Interview Skills trainingProvide regular meaningful recruitment reporting to relevant HR and business stakeholdersUpdate all relevant reports and trackers (Recruitment Tracker, Budget Tracker, PSL Tracker, etc)Day to day management of recruitment agency Preferred Supplier List (PSL) relationships as requiredUsing data to guide and influence decision-makingSupport continuous improvement of "TA toolkit" (systems, sources, tools and technology) in partnership with Senior TA ManagerMaintain skills in recruitment delivery methodologies and hiring manager best practiceCandidate ExperienceReceive, review and qualify all candidates focusing on quality and candidate experience (we have testing and assessment tools that can support with high application volume roles)Continue to ensure KP is providing a diverse shortlist of candidates to hiring managers and promoting our DE&I agendaDeliver a world class candidate experience during all touch points with candidates that will promote KP as an employer of choiceProjects you'll be required to deliverExplore innovative routes to marketUpskill hiring managers in best practice selection techniques and toolsDeveloping talent pipelining and proactive sourcing strategiesWhat's in it for you?We believe in giving back and making sure you're happy and thriving.
